Starting document distribution

Saturday, 24.08. I 12:00pm - 07:00pmr I Foyer saarländisches Staatstheater (Schillerplatz 1)

Sunday, 25.08. I 07:00am - 09:00am I Foyer saarländisches Staatstheater (Schillerplatz 1)

(On Sunday, please allow sufficient time before your start!)

 

You will need to have the following ready when you collect your race documents:
- Race number

- ID document
- Power of attorney + copy of ID for third parties when picking up the documents

 

The vouchers for the additional purchases you have made are printed on your race numb

Starting block 1: 24.08.2024, 12:00pm-01:00pm

Starting block 2: 24.08.2024, 01:00pm-02:30pm

Starting block 5: 24.08.2024, 05:00pm-06:00pm

*If you cannot keep to your time slot, you can of course pick up your starting number at another time, but you may have to expect longer waiting times.

Starting blocks & start time

Starting grid Tälerrunde 56 km: from 8:00am (Start 8:50am)

Starting grid Bliesgau Schleife 100 km: from 9:00am (Start 9:35am)

ATTENTION: Tälerrunde and Bliesgau Schleife use the same starting blocks! It is therefore essential to observe the times for the starting grid to avoid starting on the wrong course. A distance change in the race is not possible this year, the fields of both courses do not meet on the way! A distance change is only possible by changing the course in advance or when picking up the starting documents.

Change of registration data

From now on, it will only be possible to change the data entered during registration (e.g. change to another distance or transfer to another person) at the starting document distribution in Saarbrücken on August 24 & 25.

For changes of registration, please bring a signed authorization from the person whose starting place you want to take over, as well as your ID.

After-race-area

All Cycling Tour participants have access to the post-finish area in Gärtnerstraße after the race. There you will receive your medal, find refreshments from Saskia and Lidl and in the immediate vicinity you can also use the free showers and take part in the pasta party.

Award ceremony

At the award ceremony, the top 3 male/female finishers, the age group winners and the best men's and women's teams on all 2 routes will be honored.

The award ceremony will take place on the stage of our partner Škoda at the Expo Tour (Roonstraße parking lot) at 12:30pm (Tälerrunde 56 km) and 1:30 pm (Bliesgau SChleife 100 km). The winners will receive high-quality prizes from Shimano (Paul Lange), Škoda, SKS and the city of Saarbrücken.

Your race - Your pictures

Approximately 100,000 pictures are expected to be taken during the Cycling Tour - to ensure that your pictures can be assigned to you in the best possible way, please make sure to attach your start number and the PICA QR code correctly and keep your start number after the race. On getpica.com the photos will be uploaded and assigned after the finish. When all your photos have been assigned, you will receive a message from PICA. You will find your PICA code on your race number and after the race in the results list on our homepage.
