Registration for ADAC Cycling Tour open
January 17th, 2025
The grand finale of the Lidl Deutschland Tour will be held in Magdeburg on August 24. Before the overall winner is crowned among the professionals, however, the final Sunday belongs entirely to the amateur athletes. The ADAC Cycling Tour, the amateur race as part of the Lidl Deutschland Tour, offers two routes in and around Magdeburg for riders to ride themselves. Starting places can be booked now.
At the ADAC Cycling Tour, all racing bike fans will find a favorite route. The "Kleine Börde Loop" is approx. 55 kilometers long and flat. This appeals to amateur athletes who are looking for an experience with fewer kilometers and altitude meters or who want to feel the racing atmosphere for the first time. The longer route, the "Große Börde Loop", appeals primarily to ambitious racing bike fans. At around 125 kilometers, the loop offers the complete Cycling Tour experience. On a somewhat undulating profile, 700 meters of altitude are covered around the state capital. Both routes end at the finish line of the Lidl Deutschland Tour professionals on Magdeburg's Schleinufer. Perfect for watching the pros after your own race.
